A core priority of my administration is the internal stability of this nation.
Every day, destabilizing forces work around-the-clock to undermine the proper operation of American government which by extension, places the livelihoods of our citizens at risk.
As your President, I will sign an Executive Order to expand the extent to which "Fighting speech" can be prosecuted by law enforcement in order to censor the people stop "undesirable" speech from being disseminated throughout the American public.
My administration will submit a comprehensive budget to Congress, prioritizing funding for:
The Department of Defense, to ensure that American troops are constantly ready to apply the interests of the United States at any moment notice.
The Department of Homeland Security, to reinforce the stability of our nation by executing initiatives which are designed to stifle destabilizing, anti-American influences.
The Department of Health and Human Services, to supercharge vaccination and other COVID-19 prevention efforts around our country.
I will sign the Raise the Wage Act of 2021 (S. 53) to raise the minimum wage to $15/hour over four years, and then further thereafter as seen fit by future administrations.
I will commission a study on the possibility of digitizing the U.S Dollar, and ask Congress to implement the positive results of the study into law so that the U.S.D remains competitive in a world of decentralized, internet-based currencies.
Finally, I make the promise to spend conservatively in order to reduce our national deficit, but know that - just like my predecessors - I absolutely do not intend to keep this promise.
The United States is the ONLY developed nation in the world without a Universal Healthcare program.
Our current system of healthcare charges outrageous prices for the simplest of drugs, medications, and treatments, forcing those who cannot afford such care to avoid medical assistance at great risk to their personal health.
It's ironic to see, that even in lesser-developed nations such as China, over 95% of citizens are covered under a public health insurance program. This is why I will sign the Medicare for All Act (S.1129) into law, which will ensure that every American can afford healthcare regardless of their socio-economic status!
I will also sign the Elijah E. Cummings Lower Drug Costs Now Act (H.R 3), which will lower the prices of prescription drugs to a maximum of 120% of the average price seen in other developed nations (Australia, Canada, Germany, etc.), or 85% of the average U.S manufacturer price.
"A feeble Executive implies a feeble execution of the government.”
-Alexander Hamilton, 1788
To achieve reform in this country as a President, he must have a wide and diverse set of privileges and powers. I strongly oppose any measure by Congress to hamper the proper functioning of the Executive office, and will thus veto the Protecting Our Democracy Act (S. 2921) - a bill that is specifically designed to hinder the President, contained under a maliciously misleading title.
As your President, I will convene a Special Session of Congress and urgently call upon our legislators to implement a nation-wide, online firewall in order to bolster our national cybersecurity, protect our children from dangerous online predators, and ensure that all online expression & speech aligns with the interests of the American people, as determined by our government.
For safety & security reasons, American and foreign corporations operating from within and without the firewall will now be required to turn over any digital information to law enforcement when matters of Homeland Security or Cybersecurity become relevant.
Only once we take these measures, can the internet be considered "safe".
First and foremost, I will appoint Bart Baker as my Secretary of State due to the unrivaled extent of his diplomatic experience with foreign rival China. He holds a solid familiarity with Chinese social media, and already has productive relationships with the citizens of many far-eastern countries.
Foreign priorities of my Administration:
Demand that China remove it's undue restrictions upon American internet companies to allow their reentry into the Chinese market. If China refuses, the United States will mirror their restrictions for Chinese internet companies.
Expand and reintroduce the Paris Climate Agreement to include limits on deforestation and provide financial and strategic incentives for nations who meet the ambitious goals within the set timelines.
Nuke the Ukraine-Russia border
Encourage American firms to make economic investments in Africa and other global territories where China and Russia are establishing a foothold, in order to leverage our newfound economic interdependency to the advantage of the United States.
